Talent Insights

The Talent Insight Report is a validated and insightful assessment. When we use it in coaching and training it allows us to develop self-awareness of:

  • How we like to communicate and behave (DiSC), and
  • What drives us into action (Motivators)

The framework is also utilised to hone our social-awareness and relationship management skills. We learn to understand what's important to others and how they like to communicate and behave. With this knowledge we can then choose to adapt how we work to meet the needs of others.
