Leadership Coaching

Would you like to learn new strategies to help you and your people perform at their best?

We work using a strengths based approach and have an array of coaching accreditations and tools to support you in your leadership role.

 

 

UP: GROUP COACHING

This is where the rubber hits the road. Leaders will have completed their training and/or one-to-one coaching and have the leadership basics in their back pocket. They can then hone and refine these tactics across their leadership career.

But…without repetition, learning outcomes can wane.

This is where UP comes into play.

UP is a group coaching game where the leaders come together to incrementally improve the way they’re working. They play the role of consultant and work together to solve real business
issues that are hindering their performance. The game is guided by Sarah, together we:

  • Understand the problem
  • Refine the leadership opportunity
  • Use our focus cards to develop a solution
  • Agree the approach for the next 6 weeks

After the 6 week period we regroup, review our progress, tweak what didn’t work and agree to adopt what did. We then move onto the next leadership/organisational opportunity. It’s an iterative process and the solutions are embedded and refined over time.

Leadership themes we have covered in training and coaching will be reiterated and built on, ensuring the skills are integrated as their new leadership capability.
